A good way to see if your spec is compatible
#1
Hello!

A friend of mine asked me if I could check if the build he wanted was compatible. so I looked everything up, BUT i was still not 100% certain that it actually Was compatible because of the "low" price range it was in Huh . So i found i nifty little site where you can check if everything is compatible!   Big Grin

The site is You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. where they have a database of close to everything PC related, Ie. CPU, Motherboard, RAM and so on.

You just pick the top left button ( View Your System Build) and you get the component Compatibility Checker.

All YOU need to do is put in the components in to the site and see in the top if everything is compatible.

You also get the watt usage, that can be useful if your'e considering upgrading your current build.

NOTE: If you cant find the motherboard after you entered the CPU or vice versa it is because it isn't compatible with each other.
I see now that the circumstances of one's birth are irrelevant...

It is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are
